The essentials on cancelling, refunds and billing. Fibre, 5G/LTE and hosting run over Axxess's network as part of our Business Partner agreement, so Axxess's own published terms also govern the underlying service — linked below.
We need 30 days’ written notice to cancel a Fibre, 5G/LTE or hosting service. Services are billed monthly in advance, so cancelling with less notice may mean one further month is billed before the service stops.
To cancel, email or WhatsApp us with your account details and the date you’d like the service to end — see Contact. Services taken up on a promotion may carry their own early-cancellation terms.
Refunds aren’t given for a service ordered in error. If a service isn’t working as described once it’s active, let us know and we’ll investigate — a refund will be arranged where that’s found to be the case.

Fibre, 5G/LTE and hosting services are billed monthly, in advance, on a month-to-month basis — there’s no fixed-term contract. Payment needs to be up to date for a service to stay active; unpaid services may be suspended.
